For more than a decade, Waheed has dedicated his time to giving back to the community through volunteering, organizing initiatives, and supporting families in need.
As a proud Woodbridge resident for more than 15 years and a first-generation Canadian, he is committed to building a stronger community. His years of service have strengthened his ability to listen, collaborate, and advocate for others qualities he would bring to the role of School Trustee to better serve students, families, and the community. As an MBA graduate with extensive business and real estate experience, and a father of four YRDSB students, Waheed brings a firsthand understanding of today’s education system to his volunteer work.
